Sweaters, Tights, and Boots, Oh My!

In stark contrast to yesterday's luau-worthy look, this cool, breezy Monday was all about fall. I got the chance to pair my plaid wool shorts from Fred Flare with tights. Also, I remembered that I had some sweaters in storage and unearthed this favorite from last year. A scarf seemed like the obvious choice for an accessory, but I resisted the urge and opted for this drippy metal statement necklace. I liked the delicate quality of the necklace against the woolly layers.

    It's amazing how different the weather was from Sunday to Monday here in Kansas (I'm in Topeka). It's almost like it was two different seasons...I guess that's Kansas for ya! :) LOVE this outfit!
