The First Challenge

Remember that contest I told you about? Well, voting for the first challenge has begun! Here's what I put together.

For the first challenge of the Bluefly / StyleList America’s Most Stylish Blogger contest, we received a tailored navy boyfriend vest. I was thrilled to get this piece because it’s totally my style but also unlike anything I already own. With the vest as my muse, I toyed with various outfit ideas including an office look and a dressy evening ensemble. The combination that felt right was a casual weekend look featuring denim leggings for a sleek silhouette and complete comfort, the boyfriend vest and ankle-wrap sandals to add some edge and a ruffly blouse and printed silk scarf to keep it sweet.
