The other day I was lamenting about how I don't have any good casual spring dresses. Then, either as I was falling asleep or waking up, I semi-subconsciously remembered this dress and randomly thought to add this waist tie from a jacket. Sometimes I'll have little epiphanies en route to dreamland. They're not always fashion-related but are usually creative in nature. I wish it would happen more often! Does that ever happen to you?

sometimes, in the car, i'll just be sitting there and my BF will ask me "is everything ok?" then i giggle and say "of course, im just thinking of outfits " :)

I'm a writer, and when I'm lacking inspiration and nervous about a looming deadline, this never fails: I get an idea as soon as I'm about to drift off, so I have to rip myself from bed and write everything down lest I forget!

It happens to me all the time when I'm falling asleep. I write great music that is probably going to make me famous, but alas, when I awake I can't remember any of it.
Apparently I went to sleep feeling guilty about owning too many dresses (20) and not wearing alot of them. I decided to clear out four as give-a-ways almost precisely upon waking. They're super pretty too, but so long for now! And somehow 16 seems like a much more reasonable number. To think that I could wear a different dress each day for two weeks and still not wear them all. Insanity.

Pretty girl, pretty trees, pretty clothes!! PRETTY! So lovely. And YES. On the way to dreamland I almost always stop by WhatwillIweartomorrow land. And oft times I encounter Epiphany (who in his allegorical form wears a top hat and has a British accent).

I have epiphanies in the shower normally. I am glad someone else has epiphanies at odd times too - I don't feel so silly now.
