Three Strikes

After all my belly-aching last week, we were treated to beautiful spring weather on Saturday and balmy summery weather on Sunday! I wore this casual get-up for a little picnic, a walk through the dog park and an afternoon cocktail (or two).


After receiving this vibrant floral blouse in the mail on Thursday, I managed to wear it three times from Friday to Saturday -- once at work, once for going out and and then this casual daytime look. Stay tuned to see the other two ways I styled it.


Turban-style headbands have definitely become my go-to solution for unwashed hair. They add a cute, retro feel to any look and are less fussy than hats. A couple of readers have asked for a tutorial, so keep an eye out for that this week. It's super easy. Happy Monday, all!

    LOVE THIS! that blouse is super adorable and then pairing it with the yellow striped turban just takes to the next level. so cute :) and i was all about the weather this weekend too. just so sad that it took a turn for the worse for today! :(
