Dress worn as top: ModCloth, on sale for $25 // Skirt: Vintage, thrifted, $3 // Shoes: Old Navy, $10 // Necklace: Wild Man Vintage, $11
Just this week, I finally found a way to make my hair tolerable... a pompadour in front and little French roll in the back. Despite that, I have never been more excited for a haircut and color! I will be paying a long overdue visit to my stylist tomorrow. Check back on Monday for the big reveal. You know me... it'll be another big change. Also coming up next week, I will be highlighting some of my favorite trends for fall.
As for this outfit, these are some forgotten shots from last weekend. I love the print of this dress, but it's too big, so I decided to pair it with a waist-cinching skirt. I was glad to finally get some use out of it!
Happy Friday, everyone!

Love your blog! I'm from Kansas as well and I visit Lawrence often. I'm running a voting poll on my blog today and I'd love your opinion!

Thanks so much.
I really love the skirt. What an amazing thrift find!
Looking forward to your big reveal! I'm getting my hair colored for the first time in 6 years this weekend - I'm a little scared :(
Love this skirt. I have a similar one in blue & you have just given me some extra ideas one how to wear it. Cheers!
That dress is super cute, but too bad its a tad big:( Good idea with pairing it with the skirt though! I look forward to your next big change too.
I like :)

My favorite outfit yet. That skirt was a fantastic find!
Such a pretty outfit, I love the feather printed dress as a top! The colour of that skirt is so good

Oh girl, I feel you on the painful hair growout...can't wait to see your new do!
I have that dress too, and it fits weird. It's okay on my bust but too big on my waist. Annoying because I adore the print and the zipper in the back. I love how you paired it with a flowey skirt. I will have to search for something similar so I can still get some use of it. Thanks for the inspiration!
I love this combination! The silhouette is fantastic!
