Sweater: Urban Outfitters, $5 // Jeans: Gap, purchased with gift card // Belt: Thrifted, $3 // Necklace: Antique mall, $6
Ahh, sweater weather. There's nothing nicer. It seemed to arrive overnight around here. One day it was summer, the next there was that unmistakable crispness in the air. This light, breezy knit from Urban is perfect for these moderate transitional days. Forgive me for talking about the weather a lot. The change of season is exciting, and fall might be my favorite!
Long time lurker, first time commenter. I love this outfit. Very flattering on you :)
ReplyDeleteI bought that sweater too at urban on like triple clearance. I love it. It looks so cute on you! XO, Rae

Before you know it, we'll all be bitching about winter again. Ah, the seasonal cycles of style blogging.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you, though - I'm loving the cooler weather, and I'm glad to be able to incorporate garments that have been basically dead to me all summer.
I love this look - I want to copy it down to the last detail.
What a great sweater!! Perfect for transitional weather thats for sure.

I have been talking/ blogging about the weather nonstop as well! This sweater looks great, especially with your new autumny hair color.
ReplyDeleteLove your blog,
Annie.
The autumnal coloration in the sweater really goes well with your hair and that's a great accessory you have in that necklace
ReplyDeleteAutumn colors look very pretty with your hair! I've been writing about weather a lot too but what you wear is so dependent on mother nature.

You look very pretty with your red hair, definitely ready for fall. I love the title of this post and the song that inspired it, so much. Hurray September!
ReplyDeleteThis is just the most freaking perfect autumnal outfit. I ADORE it.
ReplyDeleteI'm also really excited for fall clothing! Unfortunately, Indiana can't make up it's mind. Super chilly yesterday and 85 degrees tomorrow...

I bought those pants a little while ago, but haven't worn them because I was unsure of how to style them. This outfit is fantastic!
ReplyDeletePerfect weather for Yo La Tengo.
