At first glance, this sapphire blouse seems downright demure. Upon closer inspection, you see that part of the collar is actually sheer mesh! Paired with my trusty leather shorts, studded ankle boots and a bow belt, it strikes a nice balance of elegance and edge.

i just bought this top at tj maxi & received so many compliments when i wore it recently! the color is so vibrant and the mesh definitely adds some edge. looks great with your red hair!
